General Terms & Conditions

§ I Scope

These General Terms & Conditions apply exclusively for deliveries, service and offers provided by the seller, Touristik u. Dienstleistung Stefan Vogel (hereafter referred to as seller) in the above mentioned shop. They do NOT apply for holidays and any other services or goods offered on other webpages. Changes to these terms & conditions need written confirmation by the seller.

§ II Conclusion of Contract

By submitting your order you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller. The contract officially goes into effect with the receipt of an order confirmation email.

§ III Returns Policy

You can return received goods without explanation within two weeks by sending them back. The period begins on the day the goods are received and the receipt of this instruction in written form. In the case of goods that can’t be packaged (bulky goods), you can declare your request of return in writing, e.g. letter, fax or email. The notice period shall be observed if the goods are returned on time or a request of return is submitted in written form. We cover the costs and liability of returns.We ask you to contact us before returning goods so that we can arrange the most suitable form of shipping. § IV Returns Process

In the event of a valid revocation, any services or products received shall be returned and where necessary, compensation must be given to us for usage. With deterioration of goods it may well be the case that we demand compensation for lost value. This however does not apply when it can be proved that the deterioration of the goods- (which may well have happened in the shop) occurred before receipt of goods. Incidentally, you can avoid obligation for value replacement by not using the goods or by not using them in such a way that could reduce their value. If you make use of the goods before returning them, then the purchase contract will be made void.

§ V Prices

All market prices strictly include the relevant VAT and do not include transport, postage, customs or packaging costs. Subject to errors.

§ VI Delivery

We are authorised to deliver in separate shipments as long as these are reasonable.Please check your order on receipt to make sure it is complete and in sound condition. Should the delivery be damaged then please submit a complaint to the shipping company straight away. In such an instance please also contact us. If you make a claim against the shipping company then you will promptly receive a replacement from us. Should the ordered product not be available because our delivery contractors cannot re-deliver this product without it being at our own liability, then we can withdraw from the contract. In such a case we will immediately inform you and if necessary suggest another similar product. Should no similar product be available or should you not wish to receive a similar product then you will be reimbursed for any payments already made.

§ VII Payment

Possible payment fees and/or customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

§ VIII Warranty

The warranty (currently 24 months from the purchase date for new goods, other conditions for second-hand goods see product description) conditions are subject to legal regulations. Information about possible extra manufacturer guarantees can be extracted from the product information. Warranty claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt).

§ IX Data Protection

We save and make use of your data only for the purpose of processing your order. Furthermore your data will not be passed on to a third party. All client data is saved and processed according to the respective regulations of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). You have the right to access information about your data free of charge at any time, as well as the authority to block or delete your data at any time.
